A Change of Command Ceremony
Vice Adm. Robert S. Harward, commander of Combined Joint Task Force (CTF) 435, walks through sideboys during the SEAL Team 5 change of command ceremony. Harward was the guest speaker at the event. SEAL Team 5 is a special operations component responsible for the training and deployment of personnel in support of U.S. and allied forces missions throughout the Asian and Pacific theaters of responsibility.
