The Pensacola Naval Air Station air museum has a terrific display of old and new aircraft. I couldn't even guesstimate how many aircraft are here. Be sure to look at the Post 2 of NAS Pensacola.

Here at Nellis AFB we have a number of aircraft on stands that have served in various combats. There's an F-111, an F-4, an A-10, F-117 and four or five others I can't remember right off hand.
ReplyDeleteWe don't get to see them often, but there's a squadron on F-22s and of course the Predators and other UAVs are stationed at Chreech about 30 miles north of town.
Also, when Aviation Nation comes, an amazing amount of aircraft show up.
Anyhow, glad to find your site, have followed and am looking forward to future posts.
